Group Bookings

To qualify for the Group Package, the following terms apply.

• Bookings are essential and must be paid in full at least two (2) working days prior to arrival date (subject to availability).
• A minimum of ten (10) paying guests.
• A 50% deposit is required at time of booking and final numbers and full payment is required two (2) working days prior to your booking date.
• Payment methods include credit card (1.75% surcharge applies) or direct deposit into our bank account. If you intend to pay via direct deposit, please allow an extra two (2) working days for your funds to clear.
• If full payment is not received in this time frame the booking may be forfeited along with the deposit paid.
• Should you have special dietary requirements, Aussie World would be pleased to provide alternate menu options.
• Fun’s Our Thing at Aussie World and safety is our highest priority. As part of our maintenance schedule some rides and attractions are sometimes unavailable. Please refer to our website for ride status - https://www.aussieworld.com.au/ride-status.
• If the booking needs to be cancelled at any time after the booking is made, a refund of payment will be given (less a 10% administration fee).
• Cancellations made on the day of the booking, or if numbers are less than those confirmed and paid for prior to arrival, will not be refunded.

• Aussie World is a no smoking area.
• No food or drink, other than water, may be brought onto the premises.
• Bookings do not gain access to Platypus Ponds Mini Golf (additional fees apply)
