General Entry Conditions

• General Admission tickets and Event tickets are non-refundable.
• General Admission tickets, except for special promotion tickets are valid for 365 days from date of purchase regardless of the date you indicate, so you can simply choose to visit on a different date.
• Event tickets valid for date of the event only.
• You can present paper ticket or downloaded ticket for entry to the Park
• Any guest aged 14 years and under must always be accompanied and supervised by a paying adult.
• Shirts and footwear must always be worn upon entry and within the park. We specifically recommend that suitable enclosed footwear be worn.
• No food, drink (except bottled water), eskies or animals (except assistance dogs) may be brought onto the premises.
• No alcohol or drugs may be brought onto the park.
• Smoking is only permitted in smoking designated area.
• Skateboards, scooters, bicycles, roller blades or other equipment that may interfere with pedestrian traffic are not permitted.
• The operation of some rides, shows, attractions, events may be affected by adverse weather conditions or maintenance activity.
• Aussie World reserves the right to refuse entry or remove guests from the park for stealing, vandalism, offensive behaviour, queue line jumping, failure to properly
  supervise persons under your care, failure to follow safety instructions, failure to follow instructions given by staff or management or failure to comply with these conditions of entry
• Offensive clothing, aggressive behaviour or behaviour not conducive to maintaining a harmonious family environment will not be tolerated
• Aussie World reserves the right to inspect your bags at any time.
• You are responsible for your own personal property and those properties under their care or supervision. Aussie World will not be liable for any person in respect of
  any loss of or damage to the personal property of, or the loss of life or personal injury to, any person, whether that loss, damage or personal injury is caused by any
  person’s negligence (including the negligence of Aussie World) or otherwise .
• Vehicle parked on the property are at your own risk. Aussie World is not responsible for loss or damage to any vehicle or their contents whilst parked on premises.
• Any videos, photographs or sound recordings taken by you must be for personal use only. Any use, reuse or production for commercial purposes without our express written consent is strictly prohibited.
• By entering the Park you accept that we may take photographs and/or video footage of you for our commercial purposes without further permissions or payment to you.
• You will receive communication via electronic messages, including email, text message/SMS, or mobile push notifications in accordance with the venue’s privacy policy available at www.aussieworld.com.au/privacy-policy.
