• Mask’s must be able to be removed at request (not permitted on rides)
• Some long flowing garments and capes may not be permitted on rides.
• All guests will be subject to security checks upon entry.  No weapons or replica weapons may be brought onto the premises.  All objects contravening this will be confiscated. 🎃
• Food, drinks, and eskies cannot be brought onto the premises.  Water is allowed.
• Shirts and footwear must be always worn upon entry and within the park.  It is specifically recommended that suitable footwear be worn.
• 🎃 Patrons using foul language, acting in rude, aggressive, abusive, or violent manners towards staff or other patrons will be removed from the premises.
• Guests under the influence of alcohol or other substances will be refused entry.  Refunds will not be issued for anyone refused entry.
• Tickets include rides, attractions, and maze entry.🎃🎃
• Tickets exclude coin-operated games, side show alley, slime making, lockers, souvenirs (available to purchase) and food and drinks (available to purchase).

Important Ticket Policy – Halloween Festevil

• No Cancellations

All ticket sales for Aussie World’s Halloween FestEvil are final. Once purchased, tickets cannot be cancelled for any reason.🎃🎃

• No Refunds

Tickets are non-refundable under all circumstances, including but not limited to change of mind, illness, scheduling conflicts, or inability to attend.

• No Date Changes

🎃 Tickets are valid only for the date selected at the time of purchase (31 October 2025, 1 November or 8 November 2025).

Tickets cannot be transferred to a different date or event.

• Event Proceeding in All Weather

Refunds or date changes will not be issued due to weather conditions.

• Transferability

If you are unable to attend, you may gift or transfer your ticket to another guest, provided the ticket is scanned only once upon entry.

• Exceptional Circumstances

In the unlikely event that Aussie World cancels the Halloween FestEvil, ticket holders will be contacted directly with next steps, which may include a transfer or refund option at Aussie World’s discretion.🎃🎃🎃
