Important Ticket Policy – Diwali

• No Cancellations

All ticket sales for Diwali festival are final. Once purchased, tickets cannot be cancelled for any reason.

• No Refunds

Tickets are non-refundable under all circumstances, including but not limited to change of mind, illness, scheduling conflicts, or inability to attend.

• No Date Changes

Tickets are valid only for the date selected at the time of purchase (11th October 2025).

Tickets cannot be transferred to a different date or event.

• Event Proceeding in All Weather

Refunds or date changes will not be issued due to weather conditions.

• Transferability

If you are unable to attend, you may gift or transfer your ticket to another guest, provided the ticket is scanned only once upon entry.

• Exceptional Circumstances

In the unlikely event that the event is cancelled, ticket holders will be contacted directly with next steps, which may include a transfer or refund option at Aussie World’s discretion.
