To qualify for the Birthday Party Package, the following terms apply
Bookings are essential and must be made and paid in full at least two (2) working days prior to arrival date.
A minimum of eight (8) paying children (including the birthday child).
For every eight (8) children, two (2) complimentary adult rides only passes are provided for birthday party bookings.
Any additional adults coming along are required to have a paid admission ticket.
Food inclusion for 3 hour package must be delivered within chosen time frame.
For online bookings, full payment is taken at the time of booking.
Should you have special dietary requirements, Aussie World would be pleased to provide alternate menu options.
No refund is offered if the numbers on the day are less than those confirmed and paid for prior to arrival.
Fun’s Our Thing at Aussie World and safety is our highest priority. As part of our maintenance schedule some rides and attractions are sometimes unavailable. Click here to check current Ride Status.
If the birthday party needs to be cancelled at any time after the booking is made, a refund of payment will be given (less a 10% administration fee). Cancellations made on the day of the party, or no shows, will not be refunded.
Wet weather guarantee : In the case of wet weather, you can contact us as late as the morning of your party to reschedule to a future date – there is no penalty to do so. Please ensure you call after 8.30am and speak to a staff member as voicemail messages may not be received. If intermittent showers are forecast, we would still recommend coming. For your information, a couple of rides close while its physically raining but then start when the rain stops.
Aussie World is a no smoking area.
If you elect to bring your own birthday cake we can keep it in storage for you on the day. No glass containers are permitted.
No food or drink, other than your own cake and water, may be brought onto the premises.
