You have hired a Wagon at Aussie World at your own risk and on the condition that you have no right of action against the owner or operator of the premises or their servants or agents including Burleigh Wagon, for any injury to you or any other person or loss or damage to any property. It does not matter how the injury, loss or damage is caused even if it is caused by the negligence or breach of contract of the owner or operator of the premises or their servants or agents including Burleigh Wagon.
You have hired a Wagon at Aussie World on the condition that you are responsible for any lost or damage to the Wagon and/ or any associated accessories. By signing the below document, you agree that the Wagon is in a working condition and no damage is present prior to hire. You agree that in the event of lost, thief or damages to the Wagon during the duration of your hire, you are liable to reimburse Aussie World for repairs or replaced the Wagon as deemed suitable by Aussie World. If Aussie World deems a replacement Wagon is required, you agree to pay a one of amount of $499.00 AUS to Aussie World within 5 working days from date of hire. You agree that Aussie World holds the right to confirm the amount for any repairs required to the Wagon and you are responsible to pay the amount in AUS$ to Aussie World within 5 working days from date of hire. You acknowledge that failure to financially reimburse Aussie World will result in legal actions and government law enforcement will be notified.
By signing the below document, the customer agrees to all the below terms and conditions and acknowledges that they are legally responsible for any lost, thief or damages to the wagon during the hire duration.
