Change Date

We will be following the Queensland Government COVID-19 mask requirements that come into effect from 1am Tuesday June 29. For those guests 12 years and over, masks are mandatory if you are unable to socially distance, so please ensure you can present your mask on arrival.

Some changes to expect:

Online only!

Due to current restrictions all tickets will need to be purchased online in advance.

Please get in touch if you cannot purchase online and one of our friendly staff will give you some options!

Contactless payments!

We encourage contactless payments throughout the park.


Increased Wait Times

While we’ll try to keep wait times down! We have additional procedures in place to keep our guests safe including operating our rides at half capacity and increased sanitisation processes that we need to comply with.

Increased Sanitisation

Each of our rides will be sanitised on the hour,  some attractions like Mini Golf and the Illusionarium and Side Show Alley will be sanitised after each use. Guests will also be asked to use the hand sanitiser before and after each ride.

There will also be increased sanitisation of high traffic touch points throughout the park and our attractions. You can see where these are on our park map!

If you are allergic or sensitive to particular hand sanitiser we encourage you to bring your own.

Social Distancing

Guests will need to adhere to 1.5 metre physical distancing throughout the park.

Team Hygiene and Wellbeing

Any team member who is not well is asked to stay home and be tested for COVID-19.

All our team members maintain the highest standard of personal hygiene and comply with all health and safety guidelines.

How can I rebook my visit?

I purchased a ticket through a third party reseller (e.g. ExperienceOz) what can I do?

Please contact them directly.

Can I buy a ticket at the gate?

For the time being we are only accepting online bookings, please book ahead before your visit.

Do you still accept companion cards?

We still accept companion cards! If you can pre-purchase tickets for your client or family member and show your card on entry for free admission. We will just need you to fill out your details on arrival for contact tracing.

If you are in a larger group, we’d encourage you to make a group booking in advance to save time at the gate.

Will all your rides be operational?

COVID-19 restrictions are currently not impacting any of our rides or attractions.

Will there still be seating available around the park for guests?

Yes there will be seating available and spaced according to Queensland Health guidelines.

Can I still exit the park throughout the day?

Yes you can, we will offer you a pass out so you can come and go as you please.

How will the café operate for food and beverages?

The Fun Cafe will be open everyday with contactless payment preferable. You can view our latest menu HERE

What are my payment options throughout the park?

Aussie World cashless business during this time. Guests can pre-purchase online or pay by card on the day.

Why do I need to provide my personal details upon entry to the park and how long do you keep them on file?

Queensland Health Guidelines stipulate that all businesses need to take guest details. In the unlikely event that a COVID-19 case visits the park those guests whom entered on the day can be notified. The details will be kept securely on file for a minimum of 56 days as per government regulations.

If I am a vulnerable customer considered ‘at risk’, should I attend the park?

Unfortunately not! Vulnerable customers (those who are identified as ‘at risk’) are recommended not to attend the premises until Queensland Health advises it is safe to do so.

Vulnerable customer who are comfortable attending the premises are advised to take their own additional safety precautions and are notified that the business cannot guarantee their safety.

Are guests allowed to wear face masks whilst riding?

You are welcome to wear a face mask if it is securely fastened.
