I have purchased a day pass that will expire while you close, can I use it when you reopen?
Of course! We have extended these passes for six months for you to use when we are open again.
I purchased the $99 Family Pass offer and haven’t visited yet?
No worries! We have extended the redemption dates for these passes until the 11th December 2020 but are not valid for redemption during 27/06/20
til 20/07/20 and 18/09/20 - 6/10/20.
I purchased a ticket through a third party reseller (e.g. ExperienceOz) what can I do?
